Formed in the year 1994 as a division of Hi-Tech Services Inc. USA, We have our own quality infrastructure and skilled manpower, apart from the goodwill that its principal company enjoyed in the Indian markets. This enabled us to grow quickly but steadily, exceeding all the expectations.

Today, Hi-Tech Services has its own offices in prime Location/Base of Ops and an enviable team of consultants and full-time professionals with proficiency in various software and hardware environments as a result Corporate clients have found our solutions extremely versatile and cost-effective.

BPOMart.com, founded in 2003, is led by a team of tech-savvy entrepreneurs. Our web services department expanded gradually from a mere 6 employees to an offshore development center of over 80 young, talented, highly qualified professionals that feel proud and eager to be part of a continuously growing web development team.

Our head office is in Northern India and we have an offshore development center in Delhi, India. We currently operate two state of the art centers with sufficient power-backup, fire suppression equipment, adequate network connectivity, and security. We have over 5000 sq. ft. of raised floor between the two facilities. Our network architecture utilizes the Enterprise routing and switching engines from Cisco. We have deployed Cisco 2600 routers and Cisco 3500 series switches with our network being fully meshed and redundant with backbone providers. Despite advances in computer technology, power outages continue to be a major cause of PC and server downtime. Computer systems are protected with Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS) together with power management software, which prevents data corruption after extended power outages.
